Our community recruiter program incentivizes members of the community to recruit friends and family members to move to the area and join the workforce. If they take a job with a participating employer, you can get paid in cash as a reward for bringing your talented recruit to Great Bend! See program details below.

Pick an advertised job posting and share it with your friends and family outside of Barton County and share the name of your recruit with us!

Your friend or family member moves to Barton County to fill one of the advertised positions and GBED pays you CASH for your recruiting efforts.

After your recruit completes 90 days of employment the employer matches the CASH you received from GBED.
